OK, Let's agree that the weapons that the USA sells to Taiwan wouldn't matter for squat if the PRC wanted to attack and invade. So, #1, why does the PRC even care and make a big fuss? I haven't. Your use of the adjective "white" to describe people is 100% equivalent to my use of the word "yellow" to describe Chinese or any other Asian. The only reason that "black" is acceptable is that "blacks" have chosen this for themselves. It used to be that "black" was a slur and "Negro" or "colored" were acceptable. Times change. You use "white" as a racial slur but are too cowardly to admit it. As often as you or your Chinese buddies use "white" I will call you racist and may, sometimes, use the adjective "yellow" to bring home the point. There is no need whatsoever to refer to anyone's race in a stereotypical fashion. All racial references that are meant to be pejorative are racist.

The point is, you're being oversensitive to something that is CLEARLY not listed as a racial slur by any definition. And responding by using actual racial slurs.

I'm not being over sensitive. I am telling you that the use of the phrase "typical white American" is a racial stereotype that is offensive to me and many other "whites", in the same way that my saying: "Hey, you are a typical yellow Chinese!", is to you. IF he has said "typical American", then no problem. But his saying typical "white, black yellow, or brown" American is racist. He is implying that he knows me just by knowing my skin color, white, in any case he does not know. That is racial stereotyping and shows his own personal racist attitude.

There is an equivalent: "round-eye Gaijin" is a Japanese slur for Caucasians. It is said in Japanese but i can no longer remember the Japanese for "round-eye".

Anyway, my response was to ChineseTiger1986. Below Freezing also frequently uses "white" as a racial slur. I call them on it every time I see it. You have too many posts to go through so I will take your word for it.

PS. I have no intention of calling anyone a "color" unless it is to hold a mirror up to them.

I almost never use that word anyway so you'll most likely come up with only a few results that will be very easy to look through.

Also, I am unaware of Japanese racial slurs apart from the fact that they enjoy calling us 支那人.
