Taking over Pakistan controlled Kashmir is war with China and Pakistan

I said Pakistan and China sorted out their boundary disputes.

Aksai China and Shaksgam Valley were part of the Kashmir princely state.

It does make much difference if you believe in the UN resolution on Jammu & Kashmir....

It is the main reason now UN resolution is irrelative to Jammu & Kashmir. China, Pakistan, and all shared the parts of Jammu and Kashmir but Pakistan & china never talk about applying a resolution on their part....... At least China will never be agreed.

People agree or don't agree but there is only one solution " Make borders as International borders".......... Then Move on.. I know also most Indians and Pakistanis will not be agreed.

The only truth is that no one has the capability to take back Kashmir parts as they claim from political and vote politics desks...

One thing we should keep in mimd, china will not gp to war with india for Pakistan. Especially when Pakistan establishment acts like a lil bi*** of US. Infact one day the indians and chinese may ally and allow india to take over AJK. Pakistan as usual will cry to the US and UN and nothing will happen.

Who claimed they will go to war for Pakistan? Pakistan alone can fend off any Indian attack alone. 1965 was a good example and the most recent shooting of an indian fighter jet was a clear show.

Only IF and IF Bharat attacks both countries jointly.

If Pakistan had any standing it would say to india that a muslim majority kashmir does not belong to india, if india wants a muslim majority state it should hand over amritsar, himachal and haryana which was partitioned away from lahore.

a serious Pak establishment would draw plans to take back these areas and start a debate.

But right now countering Azam Swati is high on agenda.

Bhai last time, you tried to take back Kashmir in 1965 but ended by saving Lahore...

Kahin lene ke chakkar me Pak kashmir and GB na kho dena..

I hope that you will never try this again!!! because India will surely not try for it but if you give such a chance then not sure about India.

China did make military threats to India backed with troops maneuvres and actions on the Indian borders on behalf of Pakistan in the 1965 war.

Pak-India Kashmir Dispute, China-India Aksai Chin Dispute and Pak-China boundary agreement (1963) are interlinked. Either, there would be no settlement, or they would be resolved simultaneously.

Further, Aksai Chin Dispute would not be resolved in isolation; rather the other China-India disputes in central and eastern sectors are also interlinked with this.

The only good solution is that all three countries withdraw from all Kashmir and its territories, accept it as an independent state/country and have good diplomatic relationship with it... But that is not going to happen anyway.

But they kept out of it because of Soviet threats. As for 1971 War. Pakistan took on Bharat just fine.

I dont know anything that China backed out becos of Soviet threats in 1962. For 1971 war, Chinas role is not as blunt as in 1962.

Is this possible??? No..

Only one practical solution to accept the current border status...... Rest is just destruction for everyone..... There is no other solution.. 75 years passed and many years will be passed but nothing will change.

The money being wasted on defense is very painful when few children still sleep without the proper food in our countries..

Why would China withdraw from Aksai Chin, when they don't deem it part of erstwhile State of Jammu & Kashmir?

What would that role be besides maneuvering?

Pakistan surrendered approximately 5,300 km2 ..... unsure, how much Pakistan got from China. The land was actually related to Mir of Hunza.

Yes Pakistan did gain territory according to what I read. More than it surrendered. It was part of the agreement.

Unfortunately, you are using a wrong terminology. "Surrender" means giving something, which was in your possession, to begin with. I told you that most of the Pakistan's claims were paper-claims, based on lines marked on maps, by British officials. China also had similar counter-claims. So, by and large, it was a provisional settlement, on maps. Most of the areas, under consideration, were inaccessible and void of any physical presence or administrative jurisdiction.
