Pakistan Vs Saudistan

IS this Himal mag is the same which is being publised from Nepal ????

I think it's a good article it hurts me to say it I actually agree with this I don't think it's fair to bash the thread maker for posting it.Pretty much everything it says is true yet for some reason pakistanis tend to put arabs on a pedestal and can't see the saudis are having negative impact in pakistan.

Dear Neo,

I also 100% agreed with you. And some of the points mentioned in the above post. And also I write these issues in my pervious posts. Yes we should also know that if our children, boys and girls studying in Madras’s what they are learning and what they are doing as like we are checking our children school home work and examination sheets test sheet, their friends, where they go?, what they play etc.
By this I hope we can control and educated our children Islamic life. And if there is any thing like some one is teaching sectarian ism we can make collective effort with society and government to knock out these fanatics.
(If the government is not like MMA. The bigger sponsor of terrorism).

Thanks
:pakistan:

Not Saudis but those saudis who are in power.

They not religious people nor they know anything about Islam.

These thick head powerful saudi elite think while having their thick mind over their big bellies.

 fazlu is sitting with ghadari. they had been part of almost every government.

They had never sponsord suicide bombing.

Thanks to CIA agent Baitullah we are having too much of that these days.

Thank you muse.

As you pointed out rightly Islam or muslim doesn't automatically mean arab, its much superior than arab culture, yet we're so impressed with the latter that we tend to adapt their customs, names, dresses and habbits.

Pakistani society compared to many other muslim, mainly arab societies is much more evolved and open to modern age (some call it western idiology), perfactly balanced between the teachings of Islam and national cultural heritage.

So why the decline?

Anyone who can speak Arabic is Arab, according to the Prophet (pbuh). I guess we have many "inferiors" among us. Adopting Arabic names is your parents choice, don't bring my parents into this or this thread will get real ugly.

Thank YOu Kharian for pointing to adoptation of names. I did not notice that what Neo was saying.

Now coming towards names well Neo i guess you forget that its not the Arab names rather its the matter of Islamic names.

Prophet (PBUH) said that adopt best of the name which has good meaning.

I dont know about other parts but in NWFP we still have familes that choose names from Quran and such names which are Islamic having good meanings.

SO Neo you are mistaken that people choose names of Arabs and their culture or dresses.

Look at the sharp difference between their culture and ours, their dresses and ours.

Isn't this a classical case of identity crisis? We have a very rich culture and history, the region used to be the credle of modern society once.
Why do we feel the urge to change it with arab culture??

Dear Neo,

When (means) faith Takes over (goal) of Humanity these problems occur in every society . Faith has to serve humanity and when faith and ethics collide its ethics which shall triumph .. for this Culture is an important tool ..
However the concept of Ummah tries to overload the Arab culture on the local people ..

Faith and ethics are colliding in Pakistan how? Explain this to me. Explain to me your concept of Ummah and how it applies to Pakistan as well.

Looking forward to your explanations.

What happened to you mate? No one is bringing anyones parents into anything here.

No culture is superior or inferior. There are many good points to learn from every culture. We, as Pakistanis, have a rich cultural heritage. So as Arabs, they also have rich cultural heritage.

It is a fact that every Muslim is not Arab if we go by the geographical defination but having said that, it doesn't mean that arabs are inferiors than us or we are inferiors than arab.

When keeping names of our children, what we don't realize is that we are not keeping ARABIC names, we are keeping MUSLIM names. Arab is no authority on any muslim, the only authority is the HOLY QURAN and SUNNAH of Prophet Muhammad PBUH.

What about many prominent convert Muslims who keep part of their christian name with the new Muslim name? Would we call them inferiors? No, never.

Same goes with the dress. If a women's body is covered without wearing burqa with no show of body features, we can't call that dress un-islamic. This dress can be non-arab but can be fully islamic dress.

Why are you giving me this lecture? Am I the one that needs a briefing about the differences between a culture and a religion? I thought I hinted at that correction a few posts ago. Over and out.

:) well true faith never collide with Humanity.

Above all what your concept of Ummah ???

You seems confused like brigadier Ray or confusing the things about ummah like him.

Concept of Ummah has nothing to do with Culture.

Ummah means equality for all Muslims in terms of dealing them and much more.

But first you tell me what according you is the concept of Ummah and then we will explain to you what actually it is.

Yes of course sahib, just next time you intend to use a quote of mine, please keep it in context with relation to who I was replying to and what was said as well.

Chest out, stomache in, pip pip!

:enjoy:
