^ yeah agree with this...Pakistan won't leave western border unguarded even a little bit. But special forces of Pakistan, ISI and american forces can achieve more than drone attacks. All it depends is how much US trusts ISI.

Seriously mate, i am browsing through each and every major US and Pakistan newspaper along with BBC. Don't know what will happen next...are these empty talks or base building for future measures.

Buddy, even I'm baffled. I have gamed various scenarios sometime back for certain European think-tanks. The present situation even baffles the **** out of me.

but you never know, the army could have known from before and not done anything

it's a very delicate matter, and if we had shot down the helicopters when you guys were leaving, an all-out war could have broken out

we need to float a simple slogan --- 'aik goli , aik amreki' ( one bullet , one american )

it should be declared wajib on all 180 million Pakistanis to kill at least one american , should they attack our country

I doubt my lil 9mm will stand a chance against their m4, m16's and other arsenal but hey won't go down without a fight when time comes. May Allah give me strength and if time comes gives me courage to full fill my words.

Seriously? In that case we're f****d. I thought there must be at-least a million out of total population of 190 million I mean I had friends, who graduated from the best schools and were absolute geniuses. They all went back to serve the homeland, what happened to all of them and the rest for the past two decades? (I'm talking about no ordinary people, these people helped put the ground-work for Turkey's scientific progress in the mid 90's; From optronics, high energy physics and what not!) I'm sure there must be more of them as well.....

Bin Ladens compound WASN'T 1.3 km south west of the Pakistan Military Academy ? I think that counts as a sort of H.Q. Definitely not a far flung, two man border crossing. ONE POINT THREE KILOMETERS !! Which raises the whole 'how didn't they know the most wanted guy in the world was living in the towns largest compound that close to.... nevermind.

Switcharoo ? We came, we killed, we left. And if the Pakistani Army WAS deceived by a so-called ' switcharoo', then who's fault is that ? Didn't happen, though.

I never understood, except for the recent Afghanistan stuff, why we ever chose Pakistan over India to cozy up with in the first place.

Do you think the raid would have turned out different if the Pakistani Army WAS alerted ? It would have been fun to watch by satellite as Bin Ladens convoy fled the compound after being alerted by the ISI.
