US withdraws negotiators from Pakistan, no supply deal

Buddy you're on a strategy board, do you want me to explain the simplest of things?

Ok, I'll not get into the nitty-gritty of it, however, I'll explain something that may appeal to your mind.

Part A:
Trade = Ships
Ships = Insurance
Insurance = Risk
As Risk > What goes up?

Part B:
Economy = Oil
Oil = Tankers
Tankers = Insurance
Insurance = Risk
Risk > What happens to economy?

Do we understand the basics, young grass-hopper?

:lol: you are generalizing for whole asia....

look at the case of iran and analyze it....

Both countries need to fix the issues currently plaguing this important relationship. There are no winners if this impasse continues.

And the ball is in America's court. Apology and assurance of no further strikes on our posts is all we ask!

They should stop the aid.... Pay the tax..... Tell their public that they took firm stand by cutting down our aid..... Our leaders should tell us that they made US pay......

If both countries keep acting like babies nothing good gonna happen in this region......

Good for them that they have an alternative route available and good for us that we no longer will have to hear their nonsense!

Its a win-win.

Ive heard that William Hague is coming out in an attempt to patch up the differences between the 2 parties on thursday. I mighty surprised that the Pakistani government has dug its heals in and not bending over in this matter. One has to commend and respect their decision. I cant see Hague being taken seriously and genuinely hope that this is the end of all this polava. Lets crack on with the new American free period - exciting really. Either way Pakistan must stick to its principals and values - If America fall into line or even if they dont we must start divorce proceedings and live happily ever after!

I thought Americans had a better and safer supply route through NDN - So why are all American A$$ Lickers worried?I mean this only effects Pakistan so you a$$ lickers should be happy that America does not have to pay too much money to Pakistan.

Because all route goes through Russian allies and Russian has issue going with US about missile shield. So, the route is weather wise and politically very unstable.

first thing is Pakistan loudly inform them in front of whole world KEEP YOU AID IN YOUR A$$ WE DON'T NEED IT .

As always, the Pakistani people will pay with a more sordid present and an even bleaker future. That is all.

Doesn't matter, we are "Saeen Lok" by nature.....whatever the reality, once anything stuck in our mind, it will not be erased easily ever....and this time an apology and working under new set of rules by US....plain and simple!!

Well I can go to the moon and come back, you'll still have your views. So why even bother?

What I am really trying to convey to you is that in the present global economic climate, any additional financial hit or uncertainty will be unacceptable.

u didn't able to substantiate your argument ....

well, US can save 1.2 bn usd as CSF... Do you think that USD1.2B or for that matter USD100B matters to the US? They've already made up their mind about something and soon Pakistan will find about it.

Win - win situation for both.... :tup:

And we can save our precious infrastructure and minimize the risk of NATO weapons ending up in the black markets of Pakistan. And if some reports are to be believed, American presence has a direct link with increased terrorism inside Pakistan so we hope to get that in check as well.

Indeed a win-win.

And the ball is in America's court. Apology and assurance of no further strikes on our posts is all we ask!

I am sure an apology can be forthcoming, albeit not from the White House, if a plan to implement a suitable ground operation that obviates the need for drone strikes can be agreed upon.

Absolute insistence on stated positions from either side are going to be counter-productive I fear, with asymmetric results.

And we can save our precious infrastructure ............

USA has already offered to rebuild the highways from the coast all the way up North.
