Hatf 5 missile test fired successfully

It,s not a strange news because every country is improving missile capability in world and Pak is doing same

Oh well, here we go again. It's not the missile they are interested in, they are testing the effectiveness of the integrated launch control systems. Grrrrrrrrrr........

RAWALPINDI: Pakistan today successfully conducted the training launch of Medium Range Ballistic Missile (MRBM)Hatf V (Ghauri). The launch was conducted by a Strategic Missile Group of the Army Strategic Force Command on the culmination of a field training exercise that was aimed at testing the operational readiness of the Army Strategic Force Command. Ghauri ballistic missile is a liquid fuel missile which can carry both conventional and nuclear warheads over a distance of 1300 kms.The test monitoring of the launch was conducted at the National Command Centre through the medium of National Command Authority s fully automated Strategic Command and Control Support System (SCCSS). It may be recalled that the SCCSS enables robust Command and Control capability of all strategic assets with round the clock situational awareness in a digitized network centric environment to decision makers at the National Command Centre (NCC). The test consolidates and strengthens Pakistan s deterrence capability, and national security. The President and Prime Minister congratulated all ranks of the Army Strategic Force Command on the excellent standard achieved during training which was reflected in the proficient handling of the weapon system in the field and the accuracy of the training launch

India doesn't dare to 'violate' your border even though it is many times bigger than you are. So be thankful to your nation which contained much bigger adversary within its borders.

Those who do violate your border ;

A) They don't do it for fun. They HAVE TO in order to protect human lives.
B) You can't give any "reply" to them. They are just too strong.

Actually i think india did violate our border yesterday-
so does the afghanis- and so does the iranis-

I dont find any of them to be too strong to have a free pass-
we could give very nice if not equal but far greater reply- if we want to-

Maybe being amrikan you thought i am talking about amrika--
there is a world outside amrika-

There you go guys.....first images of today's test.

False information, made up by fanboys on wikipedia. Shaheen-1A delivers a unitary payload.

Any idea from where it was tested and where did it land? On the sea or land?

The best way to get a rough idea of the trajectory and location of launch and landing is to find a NOTAM.

Launched from Attock/Talagang area into Baluchistan.

I have heard the same from other sources as well.
Any way, i think the top image was either taken from a tower or may be an helicopter. ?

Photo/video coverage is done from hill-tops in the surrounding area most probably, as hills in the background are visible in the photo.

At last ISPR is releasing high-resolution photos of tests. :enjoy:
