Pathetic Loadshedding - Not a single thread on here

waise aik jaga asi bhi hai jahan light hi nahi jati.... na pehle kabhi gai hai or na aaj kal jati hai.... right in the middle of Lahore !!

Just restrengthens the fact the no one on these forums actually reside inside Pakistan, sitting in US/UK/Mid-East and copy pasting articles over news websites which don't concern the everyday issues everyone faces in Pakistan, is the usual trend on this website!!
I have UPS :yay:

I live very in CMH colony so no load shedding. :pop::pop:
oops

Governor's House.

that too and ofcourse the american consulate and GOR 1, but I was referring to pmln factories in shalimar side, no electricity loadshedding, no gas loadshedding, and that too without bribing... the extra burden is shifted to residential areas...this has happened for the last 5 years, and still happening...

I've big battery now. Here is load shedding for 1 hour after every 3. I think load shedding will increase as sign shows

yahan aik hour ati hai or 3 hours nahi ati...

But you said right in the middle of Lahore! Shalimar side is towards the east of the city.

You have a good point there still.

Then people in Pakistan need to demonstrate against your Government and demand they do something or force them to resign. Threads on the forum will do nothing to solve Pakistan's energy crisis. How many demonstrations and protests have there been about the energy crisis.

han waise shalimar ko eastern lahore hi kehtay hain, although the city is not divided into zones, infact its spreading like ameba...totally senseless !!

waise yeh sirf pmln walay hi nahi kratay, balkay baki factories walay bhi kartay hain...

The situation is similar in India too. However, what I have observed is that Mumbai and Delhi have almost zero power cut. The next tier cities including Chennai and Kolkata do have power cuts occasionally, a peak of couple of hours during summer months. But the villages are facing 'loadshedding' same as in Pakistan. 6 hour power cut is minimum in summer and 12 hour cuts are not uncommon.

The rapid growth of cities is contributing to the severity of loadshedding too. Lahore now is practically all the way from Kasur to Gujranwala and from Sheikhupura to Bedian.
