Technically, none. Both communities are handicapped due to centuries of economic discrimination and denial of education or social progress. As such they are inherently more susceptible to exploitation even today and are indeed exploited (for economic reasons and not caste prejudice) and also ill-treated and mauled by the portion of the populace that does indeed believe in caste and biradri. It is one of India's few enduring shames, which should have rightly kept it in the list of nations which have earned infamy.
