Pakistani Crow Drone in its initial stages : EME Students

Its an interesting concept and the mechanics are very interesting but how will it fly? I don't see a motor or any thing and the wing beats are not enough to keep it in the air.
Probably they will install a small propeller in it's buttocks. Beneath the tail.

I have double MS in Mech and Metallurgical Engineering..... projects of Pakistani varsities most of the time are just for the fun of it.......

Have a close look at the dumb things..........both of the "Kawwaz".......... lmfao

It seems you are too educated to appreciate these kind of things. You call it 'fun' purpose. I call it 'fun and learn' purpose.

Just tell me how many of undergrad engg projects are really useful in terms of their application, except the ones which are sponsored by industries. But they are really useful for learning purpose, and I'm not talking of only Pakistani unis

If you hate India so much , then at least stop watching our movies & stop listening to our songs ...

Our cinema has revived and we have better software available. Regarding songs my friend we mostly listen to Pakistani and English music we don't live at Indian songs but again their are no boundaries for music so we do listen to good music across the border. Before we stop listening your music stop coping our stuff :).

it would be best task for indian army and police. wating for news about pakistani spy crow in indian media.

That poster used our song while replaying so i asked him to stop watching our movies .....regarding coping just bollywood produces thousands of movies every year...India also have regional movie industry like Marathi, Tamil, Telugu, Bengali etc which make more meaningful and world class movies which gains respect, awards all over world regularly in international film festivals....just Google....so.....1 or 2 pakistani songs year is no big deal for country which produces 10000s songs per year....

whats tawaifs ????

Bollywood doesn't produce thousands of movies "india" does its several regional cinema included !
As for songs .. Come on man... You copy hollywood heck even Korean movies plots! And have copied hundreds of Pakistani songs even old Pakistani songs without any shame ! Heck you haven't even spared Alam Lohars "Jugni"... So please spare us the sermons!

P.S: Hos many international awards have Bollywood or regional indian movies won?

Let me tag our resident movie expert lol.. @LSD

Sir NUST-EME = Army... These guys in the past have undertaken several important projects like reverse eng FS of T-80UD.. Radar project (which is now a reality - according to the latest MODP report) etx...

well it is a good idea actually. this can be of military use as well due to its resemblance with crow

Ornithopters are commercially available and they perform much better than this one does. It seems too heavy and too slow. They've tried too hard to make it look like a crow instead of making it fly.

But I guess they must have learned a lot. There was an ornithopter project done at my university as well but that couldn't sustain flight either and it was much lighter and much faster at flapping than this one (lots of carbon fibre and stuff). It only did a shallow glide. Let me see if i can find a video.

EDIT: Couldn't find the video of the shallow glide but here are some pictures from the display.
