Since Pakistan is not a country that has high natural resources like gulf countries incidents like these also show you need to get further involved into projects like CPEC to strengthen your economy and to have more backing to act according to your countrys own interests getting less dependant and have more say abroad also making it more difficult for India to interfere in these types of issues.
