India never existed in its current form before 1947,neither did Pakistan. All the areas shaded blue in the map were States with their own government and rulers until 1947.
The claims that Pakistan separated from current form of India are wrong. Both countries came into existence in 1947. Before that the area was a collection of small states and areas ruled by the British.
At the time of Partition the states decided which country they want to join,India or Pakistan. The state of Hyderabad was invaded by India and forcefully absorbed in India despite the Ruler's disagreement.
On the other hand all states and regions joining Pakistan were democratically asked and joined unreservedly or referendum were held .
The claims that India is an old Country and Pakistan a new comer,are wrong. Both came into being simultaneously.

No doubt about it. They have made maps, they have dreamed of our destruction and our enemies have even supported groups to make it true but we have prevailed and we by ALLAHs grace we will prevail. We have issues and many of them but Pakistan will always remain till the day of judgement.

I still remember a clip from some Indian news, in which a wierd woman with an annoying voice was excited and shouting that Pakistan will finish in 6 months, and that loser ever hosted a panel discussing about this scenario, all douchebags were jumping over it and literally drooling over this scenario. Yet here we are stronger than ever, peace should prevail in subcontinent, but be assured majority of the Indian population has not accepted the reality of 1947 and will continue to be in denial for the next 1000 years, Pakistan's military and strategic assets are vital, we face a existential threat from our eastern neighbor as this mindset is a secret fetish among their civilian and defence establishment !!!

most of the members may call me pessimistic after this post but honestly speaking do we have anything today to cheer about? all the departments in this country have gone to dogs. wapda, police, railway, pia, health , education, judiciary, politics, foreign policy, law and order, political leaders,think tanks, sports.... all these departments have a sorry state of affairs. military's performance and role are also questionable. corruption is there in every department. the debt on every pakistani is insanely high. " shareef" is the only one who doesn't get a chance to do corruption from milkman to president. pak was established in the name of islam but there is no islam here. people are being killed in the name of Allah. intolerance is getting higher and people are getting more and more frustrated. moral values have taken a hit. brothers are killing sisters, husbands killing wives. fathers killing daughters. jirgas give shameful decisions on daily basis. is there any thing on the right track today in this country? is pakistan just a map with a large crowd of animals ? is there any hope?is there any difference between us and the nation of Prophet Shoaib A.S.? we simply do not qualify to be a nation worthy of fighting "ghazwa e hind".

Man..Who is responsible of all this??? We people are..We never asked those morons why our departments are getting sluggish,why our people are dying of hunger and they are getting more and more wealthy.
We always look towards the hands of army either its chooto or moto,flood or drought,terrorism or tourism..We left our responsibility and we always count on them. For how long we would do this?? For how long we would ignore our duties??..There would be no change untill each citizen of this country would not become a "Pakistani" and work for its cause not of his own.

Pakistan is a "failed state". We "failed" to be weak, destroyed and under american occupation like Iraq and Afghanistan. Had that happened, the american who called Pakistan a "failed state" would have started calling us a "success" story like they call Iraq and Afghanistan.


PS: The article in the OP forgot to mention the former Yugoslavia as states that have broken up recently.
