Moral policing is not new to India, specially in states like Maharashtra, where they usually spare locals while outsiders have to bear the brunt.
But in this case, I would like to know how did these men see her in a short dress. I mean, the length of the dress is definitely not visible when you're sitting inside the car. Or do men have an X-Ray machine for eyes?
