He also said he would resign if they even got 10 seats but the election was free and fair. Don't see him resigning. How do the Pakistan public put up with this rubbish.
I thought that a coalition with the PPP, PML-N and MQM would give the Government the 2/3 (if is 60% for 66%) majority...
He has given honour and strenght to Pakistan. Very nice passionate post.
The are far too many people in Pakistan who do not seem to be able to sleep at night knowing that their is actually a leader working for the benefit of their country and not for themselves. That is in thanks to all the...
I always thought the 2002 Elections were very fair as well, all the parties did well in their respective areas with MMA being the surprise. President Musharraf was very popular then.
PPP and PML-Q shared the votes with 25% each but because of the constituencies PML-Q ended up with more seats.
With 60% majority in the NA they can try and get rid of President Musharraf and bring back the old CJ.
I don't think Zardari wants to bring back the old CJ (nothing mentioned) and he may be willing to work with President Musharraf. He has talked about re-conciliation. Only NS has openly said...
Anybody who votes for PML-N needs their head examined. He is an internal enemy of Pakistan.
This should be on the front page of the jang newspaper.
A Campaign Of Mass Deception
A major flaw in the Pakistani electorate is its quickness to ‘forgive and forget’ the faults of...
The Diamer Basha Dam started construction in, I think, April 2006 and is planned to generate 4,500MW and there were protests then from the people of the area about the displacement of people.

They opened a Cash & Carry in lahore last October with 20,000 items for sale of which 80% are of Pakistan origin.
They are also well under way in the construction of a Cash & Carry in Islamabad.
They either accept the report or exhume the body now and try and prove otherwise. Simple as that.
If the Government had said that she was hit by bullets, the PPP would have said they all missed and it was a decoy from the blast that actually killed her. They will NEVER agree on anything.
I too thought it was an excellent speech, very logical and straight to the point from a man who has Pakistan in his heart. Never has a President or any leader of Pakistan been so open and sincere and willing to answer any question put to him, especially in Pakistan and does not openly lie to win...
She hasn't been "cleared" as such, meaning not guilty, just that the cases against her have been dropped as she is now dead.
Zardari is still due to face trial in Pakistan along with the ongoing case in Switzerland.
Spot on mate.
Just like to add that the lawyers behaved like animals with no sense of morality destroying public and police property and bad mouthing the army to boot. I do not want a corrupt CJ of Pakistan that does not know his own boundaries.
