124 Combat Support Course SSC IT Branch

Assalamualaikum

I have applied for 124 CSC SSC IT Branch, I do have a few queries

1. I am in last semester with 7th semester transcript and a hope certificate with me. (to be graduated in June 2019). Would they allow me to sit in initial exam or not? (As my degree is not completed)
2. I have been twice NOT-RECOMMENDED by ISSB after my intermediate, Am I good to go for this 124 CSC SSC Course. As we do have third chance if we get 16 years education. Is it so?
3. Which courses are been focused in initial subjective portion? As we have 30 to 40 courses been taught in 4 years degree program.
4. Is that true k there are very minor number of seats in every induction for IT Branch?

If anyone do have experience please do let me know.
