The debate is not over alert for suspicious transaction, the debate is whether the suspicious transaction is alerted directly to RBI or it depends on the bank reporting it. See the difference? I had never denied the fact that banks will have software alerting transaction of a certain amount. The article just proved my point, reporting depends on the bank, and that depends on the bank manager. If the system is flawless and incorruptible as implied by you, how did 99% of the money go back into the system ? You are also mistaking tax inspectors to RBI, RBI does not decide whether the money is white or black, they only check anomalies of large transfer to and fro India. Understand genius?

Never thought i would explain this to a Pakistani but here we go dude below are the advantages of this whole exercise . Can you imagine these leftist (they usually call others dumb) in India are calling the whole exercise a failure just because all the money comeback to the system but look at the below advantage of the money which is back in our system

Appreciate it mate, I have been suggesting this to take place in Pakistan for years, but always get the excuse that majority of people are illiterate so how are they going to do banking with out cash. People will always find excuses not to do something if its going to cause some inconvenience even if it has huge benefits in the long run.
