As far as I am aware, or at least in the UK this is how it works in case of a hung parliament:
1) The party with the most seats is given time to form a coalition government.
2) If it fails, the party with the second most seats is given the same chance.
3) If still nothing, then reelections.
Is this how it will work in Pakistan? So if Imran Khan wins more seats than N league, he will be able to form a coalition with MQM/JI before Nawaz and Zardari form one right?
