Come to Andhra Pradesh, CBN would extend exemptions of all state levies for 5-10 years. He would actively lobby (use his absolute political power) to get it done at the central level too.

That is my only issue, if we offer this to Apple, then we have to offer it to all other units.

However this is Apple, the biggest cash surplus company in the world and producing a manufacturing business here can improve India status

I did read carefully, and it doesn't say Apple is offering 100,000 jobs.

I will quote the relevant passages here:

It depends on what the company brings to the table, though the government will not do anything to disturb the momentum of mobile manufacturing in the country, as almost 40 units have already come up, the official said.

“Their factory in China gives jobs to 10 lakh people. If they say they will put five factories in India and give employment to 10 lakh people or say we will give you Rs 5,000 crore of excise duty, we may think about it (Apple’s demands),” the official said.
