Talaban are giving tough resistance to ISAF (US and NATO ) , they can generate money and resources through their network all over the world.

Infact two different idealogies are in war with each other , track record of winning the battles of Talaban is better than US , let me clear your Battle fought and won by morale not with weapons.

They are fighting the afghan people, nobody else.

They have different inceptions and different goals. The TTP is made up of Pakistani tribesmen from the FATA region (along with certain other international groups) that gave refuge to the Afghan Taliban post 9/11 in the tribal areas under Pashtunwali, & got ideologically inspired by them; & established their 'training programs' in the Red Mosque in Islamabad, where they protested against Pakistan's drone strikes in the FATA & asked for an Islamic state to be created, not a US puppet. The TTP was created in December 2007 as a result of the Lal Masjid operations, & have since then focused their attacks on the Pakistani establishment & the people.

The Afghan Taliban have their sympathies with the TTP, but not much more than that. Their sole focus is & has always been the NATO forces in Afghanistan. The Pakistani establishment has never really went after them as well because they never threatened the state of Pakistan, unlike the TTP.

Of course they are different. The media has even given an English group wanting Shariat in England the name London Taliban, does that mean they are the same as the Afghan Taliban too?

They are all the same garbage, Talibaan means zero progress and 24-7 forced religion. Even Allah did not force the prophets for 24-7 worship. Moses was a shepherd, Jesus was a carpenter and Mohammad was a trader. What did the Talibaan achieve in Afghanistan when they had their rule, enforce law and punish people and zero economic growth.
