Afghan resistance started long before the USA got involved into it. I am curious to know, what was Bacha Khan Saheb's solution of the problem? That Afghans don't resist Soviet invasion and allow Soviets to rule Afghanistan?

You missed the point, Bacha khan was advising pakhtuns to stay away from games of all super powers including soviet union........Afghans brought soviets into their country, they got too close. Soviets involvement in Afghanistan brought rival America into the conflict.
Today pakhtuns should stay away from proxy wars of pakistan and india in afghanistan

Being a superpower, the USSR needed no invitation to enter into Kabul just like she did not need one to enter in Poland, and other central Asian states. Of course, there always are some local sellouts who are used to give the impression of invitation. However, these sellouts are not representatives of their nation hence are considered sellouts and/or puppets.

My question is, once Afghanistan was invaded by the USSR (irrespective of she entered in Afghanistan by force or invitation), what Bacha Khan Saheb wanted Afghans to do?

Khattak dance for pakthuns and "Ahensa of Gandhi je" for rest of Pakistan because he wanted Pakistanis to meet the same end which Gandhi je did when 78 soviet divisions + fighting force in Afghanistan were ready, these runts were dividing nations.

That happened later when resistance against communist regime escalated. A segment of Pakhtuns (Khalqis communists) had made the blunder of getting close to soviets, in 70s.......before that Afghan kings always maintained a balanced relationships with superpowers when they were sandwiched between Russia and British empires.

The Afghans had the 'Saur revolution' in which Daoud Khan was killed, and overtaken by the socialists in PDPA. Soviet Union directly intervened after that.....before that it was the soviet puppet regime in Afghanistan.

Sorry for that. Here is rough translation as my english is not that good.
"Bad health , weakness and disease doesnt allow me today to go to each street, mosques and hujras of pakhtuns and make them understand that the war in Afghanistan, is not for islam neither it can be called jihad, it is tug of war between two great superpowers over the control of region. My pakhtun brothers, for God sake dont get involved in this war, stay away from it or you will get yourself burn in it. This is not Jihad but fasad, if this fasad is not stopped, then it will also reach to our country and homes.
Let me tell you another thing, you can convince a pakhtun to go hell but cant force him to go to jannat/heaven. Those who are going from here (pakistan) to afghanistan with arms for war, tomorrow same people wont even forgive their own homes"
