Beware of the word 'IDP'

Has anyone noticed from where this word IDP has suddenly came out. And being suddenly adapted at global level. We are just being palyed into a bigger mess.
Remember these words...you are all going to see this all over the globe with next scenarios in HELD KASHMIR, GAZA etc

Actually the word IDP was coined by the Internal Displacement Monitoring Centre to lable person fleeing conflict within countires such as Darfur etc...

The definition of an internally displaced person (IDP)

Internally displaced persons are "persons or groups of persons who have been forced or obliged to flee or to leave their homes or places of habitual residence, in particular as a result of or in order to avoid the effects of armed conflict, situations of generalised violence, violations of human rights or natural or human-made disasters, and who have not crossed an internationally recognised State border." (Guiding Principles on Internal Displacement, Introduction, para. 2)
