Wow - I guess someone was trying to make money from the dog.

Looks like an Alsatian which is common breed for K-9 surveillance drug applications.

are these dogs not neutered to prevent from such thing?

Good that Indian army is conscious of their responsibility and admit mistakes even when a dog goes pregnant. They do not rape their own mother-land and are answerable under the law. India is lucky.

The Pak buzdil and beghairat generals could learn something from them.

Growing up, we felt our army was patriotic to Pakistan. The hard truth is they're patriotic to themselves. They put Institutions above the state. Truth hurts. They're a fence that eats the crop.

Had there been such an incident in Pakistan, it wouldn't have came out before the Nation. They would've said "Law is for weak, we're Pakistan Army".

Their patriotism is to $$$. Everything else comes after, if they can find the energy they'll think about what Pakistan's interests require.

They are incapable and incompetent at everything apart from money laundering state funds and attempting to live like the white man. The only two skills of these haram khors.

In the land of burnt chapatis and watery daal - neutering is but a dream.

Neutering costs money and these guys are not going to spend that money.

Plus why neuter? They got three free puppies out of it which will be trained to be sniffers too. Win-win.
