according to reports, they do have poverty eradication programs, but also forced labor camps.

You say they have such programs but it is quite telling that the middle class Chinese cannot afford high quality medical treatment in China and thus have to come to India to avail of India's medical tourism industry. There was a thread here last year about this fact.

time will tell, and agreed, it will greatly affect how the CCP is internationally respected.

To me it seems that CCP is more a nationalist, authoritarian movement than anything about transnationalist Communism. We should remember that in the 1980s Chinese government provided weaponry to the so-called Mujahideen ( Western-government-created criminals ) in Afghanistan in opposition to the socialist Afghan government.

International respect comes from absolute hard power. Economic, technology and military power to dominate. When China’s enemies are crying, you know the CPC is doing great. It’s a rule of thumb.

You are very afraid of China, obviously. No matter what kind of doctrine China is, India is a defeated opponent.

It is useless to place your hopes in the West. The decline of the West is unstoppable. The boat you are in is sinking.
