What's new

China wishes to build it's Space Station with developing nations

India still haven't even put a man into space, they have no chance to build manned space station.

India put man into space as far back as 1984...and we have tested our first space orbital in 2009.

can you show the details of India manned space project?i would like to see you lunch a space ship as soon as possible.when will you send the first man into space?

India isn't building space stations like China itself as ISS(and future verion of ISS) is already available.plus, our current operations doesn't necessarily needs a building a flying station in the orbit.IOB is planned as a reusable space orbital with the endurance of 7 days(actual version may have longer endurance).its not only matter of prestige of any country, but dire needs that ISRO wants to give priorities.

How??By sending a Pakistani astronaut in a Chinese Manned space mission??

We already did that back in 1984,when Wing Commander Rakesh Sharma flew to space in a Soyuz....haha
And we had 2 other astronauts of Indian origin - Kalpana Chawla and Sunitha Williams who were also part of ISS and space shuttle missions.

Also,f you are bragging this as a joint project, what would be the involvement of SUPARCO and Pakistan? We all know about how advanced your space program is..

You mean ask a Indian to be a space tourist onboard another country carrier? stop trying to act stupid. That is far from putting a man into space. And testing orbital is far from going to manned mission. Where is the re entry capsule and carrier rocket? If that has not happen, it will definitely take Indian more than 10 years to really put a man into space. 10 years? That is not fast.

@Beast
That was in reply to certain Pakistani members here.Wing cdr Rakesh Sharma was the first Indian to travel to space on a Soyu in 1984,and Pakistanis here think that they will overtake India by sending their astronaut in a Chinese manned space mission.

About Indian manned space mission-well we have done re entry tests back in 2008,and the design and prototypes of orbiter are complete, they will undergo evaluation on pslv rocket.

Earlier, the carrier rocket was decided as gslv, now ISRO have decided to use much bigger gslv mk3 which can carry 3 astronauts as well as a larger orbiter but that's why itvhas been delayed to 2020.The first flight of gslv mk3 would be held this year and it would carry the prototype orbiter as payload

They're going to achieve this after we've done it first. Much like the JF-17 Thunder victory over the LCA Tejas.

JF-17 is a joint project with China. Your space program is few years older than India's but look where is India and Pakistan today. Pakistan still can't manufacture satellites.

China is trying to provide same thing to other countries now Chinese spacecraft, foreign tourist. :cheesy: Do you know we now send other countries' satellites.

So, do you have doubts about India's manned mission since Chinese believe that they have very high IQ. :cheesy:

JF is a joint project where as LCA is a indian project
& your mighty JF 17 achived FOC after Induction of 2 squadrons so don't try to make your self feel good

On topic

Do you seriously believe that pakistan will be able to put a man in space before india
Just need a yes or no
:omghaha:Your competitor is china.
And as a indian PJ ,why lots Design and parts come from Foreign country?

China send its own taikanuot to space with its own abilities for its own space exploration. I don't know what kind of comparison you r trying to paint? Or you want to compare sending a man to space same as sending a satelite?
