The IL-76 is arguably the best transport aircraft for both in Civilian, and Military use. It's powerful, and cost efficient. Not many aircraft can guarantee that.

Yes, IL-76 are really good. Both China and India use it extensively.

That's why Indian Air Force's IL-76 were used to transport 1200 computers to Sri Lanka as a gift.

Right .. because India uses the same IL-76 for Libya as well as for Sri Lanka.

China, off course is far richer. They have an exclusive fleet of IL-76 dedicated to transfer humanitarian assitance to Pakistan.

That's a small difference, though. India is just trying to economize.
