You can't give Tazers to civilians, it's kind'a pepper spray but many fold powerful than conventional ones.

Tasers are legal in many countries, and are in possession of civilians. Even in Pakistan i know of a person with a taser.

Security agencies can have them, but not civilians. And there are no well written laws regarding handheld stun guns in India.

Very useful, can make you blind for a time being and not to mention insane pain in the eyes.
