Saudi Arabia is big enough to hold bigger exercise and it's desert.

I hope we could test the missile in operation and simultaneously move infantry and armor divs.

There should be with Egypt. We do have regular exercises with Saudi Arabia,on top of our own exercises,the recent one lasted 120 days

The Egyptian Abrams is manufactured locally in Egypt although not at 100% though. The latest figure was at 95% in an interview with a senior Egyptian official. I cannot speak for our Saudi brethren however.
