Egypt religious authority says Ottomans ‘occupied’ Istanbul

need alot of oil to burn.

looks we got war on here ottomans, persians, bagdadies, mamluks everybody having fun.

And while we are "having fun" the crusaders are watching and laughing at us. Soon they will divide and destroy another Muslim state, turn it into an Iraq or a Rohingya. They will rape our women and children. Destroy our cities. And establish a new order over our graves. Like they have done with the PKK in Syria and Iraq. Like they have done in Palestine.

And we will continue to have "fun". Allah does not change the condition of a people until they change what is in themselves (14:11).

Then tell your Pakistani friends stop crying and barking about Hindus and the babri mosque hypocrite

Sorry but your ISIS empires predates the European colonizations lol

Still burning i suppose

Egypt religious authority says Ottomans ‘occupied’ Istanbul

In that case:

Also Egypt was occupied by the second caliph, Amir al Muminin Omar ibn Al-Khattab, in 639, right? By the year 642, the Islamic army under the command of mighty Amr bin As reached up to Alexandria with swords and blood.

Established on the east coast of the Nile as the first Arab settlement, al-Fustat remained the only Muslim center for a long time.

Arabic was able to replace Greek as the official language in 706, because of Arabization process was not easy in this area.

During the same Arabization period, the country served as an important base of Umayeds and Abbasids in Eastern Mediterranean and North Africa by land and sea.

It has always been difficult to manage Egypt from the caliphate center in Baghdad (the difficulties of cultural assimilation activities). This difficulty led to frequent governmental changes in subsequent years. The Turkish commanders who forcing Baghdad to be admitted their governing, replaced the governors sent by Baghdad from the middle of IX century. Itah (Aytah) Türkî (847-848), son of Hakan al-Fethi't-Türkî (856-861), son of Dinar Yezidi't-Türkî (856-867), Müzahimü't-Türkî (867-868), Ahmedü 'Türkî (868) and Uluğ Tarhan's son Uzcur Türkî (868) are the first six Turkish commanders to be the governor of Egypt with Sudan. On September 15, 868, another Turkish governor Ahmed bin Tolun came to Egypt and established the first Turkish dynastic state in Egypt.

So technically, centralized Arab rule lasted around 200 years. Just like Syria, Lebanon and many other areas... These Levant lands, which were occupied by arabs after the defeat of the Phoenicians in the 7th century, then came under Turkish-Islamic control only 2 centuries later.

First anatolian Muslims, Turks, were part of Islam, also. They were not outside of Ummah. On the contrary, Especially the Oghuz Turks from the Caspian and the Caucasus provided numerous services to the Islamic civilization. We saved the caliphate from collapsing. We have destroyed the states that were tried to besieged Baghdad. We carried the banner of Islam to places that no one could even dream of. We introduced Bosnians, Albanians,Greeks, Macedonians and many more ancient and precious nations to Islam. It was the banner of Islam that defeated papacy European alliances in the Balkans, Mediterranean and Crusaders in inner lands. You cannot read these historical events with today's nationalism understandings.

In short, we are the children of a common history from Anatolia to Egypt, from Basrah to the Caspian. Our civilizations are so intertwined that it is not possible to distinguish it from each other. Take a good look at those who try to make you forget this common history and brotherhood, they are the real traitors within you.

The statement in this headline shows how much the Islamic law in Egypt has become politicized, after military coup. Aside from being extremely vile, it lacks historical consciousness; It is a statement made in order to break the common Islamic values and under the shadow of the current Egyptian administration(or puppeteers holding the strings) . There is no doubt that in the long term, this will cause great harm to the relevant individuals and the institution.

Interesting history, we could say that Egypt is Turkified:-)...

Dawlat al-Atrāk
al-Dawla al-Turkiyya
That's how Arabs called Mamluk Egypt.

Egypt was from 1250-1867 (617 years) under Turkish rule also under Circassian rule for a period.
Ottoman Empire 1299–1922 (623 years) in comparison.

The correct definition must be Islamization. The Egyptian people owe a lot to the Turkish soldiers and military system for this.

Not only Egypt, if Turks were not present, Islam would begin to disappear from the 9th century with the loss of Baghdad. Tuğrul Bey's title, "the sword of Islam" comes from here.

Can't imagine the Dictator paid so called "Religious Body" can fall to such low. The conquring of Istanbul was the prophecy of Prophet of Islam with the good news of heaven for the conquerers.
Have these Munafiqeen / Hypocrites talked of Masjid Qurtuba (Qordoba Masjid) in Spain??
