Actually, the satellite put into orbit by the Russians is different to the one I mentioned in the thread, although they bare a similar name.

But I would say that Egypt, Libya, Algeria, Tunisia and Morocco should form up a single type and class of Military in terms of equipment that would be procured through R&D and JV.
