ISLAMABAD: The Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) on Wednesday issued a code of conduct for the upcoming by-elections in NA-151, and it is believed most of the rules will be apply to future electoral processes as well. The rules contain points from the Indian as well as Bangladesh election codes.
