In reallity:
Most members of the AfD are pro Russia and half are pro US.
Whereas the left parties (cdu/spd/csu/fdp/grüne) are against Russia and against Trump but pro Democrats.
Whereas the far left (Die Linke) is pro Russia and anti US.
Whereas the extremist far left (youth organizations of the left/far left parties and some always stupid extremists left) really dont know who is Russia or who else is out there.
So the difference is:
All these "lefts" (cdu/spd/csu/fdp/grüne) have no opinion except put all the money in their own pockets (now you understand the sanctions against Russia). And all this far lefts (die Linke) really dont know why they are pro Russia but its their ideology so they are pro Russia. While AfD is pro Russia cause in the last 70 years all big business (e.g. gas delivery from Russia to Germany) between Russia and Germany was correct - even in cold war. So why not do business with Russia and live in peace.
