why are you calling the designer absent minded, we dont need a russian forum as of now when there are not too many active russians here, this is not the place for discussing this if you are so adamant for a russian forum then email the administrator.

When we have enough Russian members, I think we will be able to start a Russian Forces section as it requires input of information from nationals of the country in question as well.

We don't have strategic relations or relations which affect us or each other, thus no need of having a dedicated Russian thread.
