The Chinese are not happy. The callousness of the Pakistani govt. in response to the Dasu attack didn't help. The Chinese felt disrespected and rightly so.

Terming the security situation in Pakistan as severe is a much needed slap and a wakeup call to the Civil-Military establishment.
looks like a travel advisory, Pak should provide extra security to Chinese and have all non essential people leave if they're now being targeted by terrorists.

They're fast becoming the Americans how they behaved post 9/11. Pakistan government needs to do some serious planning to do about this.

The Pakistani government needs to get its act together and provide safety and security to Chinese engineers.

I am sure if the Pakistani govt. could at one time provide security to thousands of Raymind Davis types after 9/11, it could also do the same to people who are here to build much needed infrastructure.

The other thing it could do is explain to the Chinese of its inability to provide security and forever remain a 3rd world sh!tty economy dependent on remitances from the Gulf.

This is the second attack in a month. I can understand the reaction from Chinese side. Many Chinese risk their life coming into a much harsher condition to help infrastructure building. They could have choose other countries but on call by Chinese government. They take up these challenge. Now they loses their lives or even put themselves in risk.

Its all human nature that you wouldnt want to work in an area if your safety cannot be guarantee.
Why this attacks are happening even after Taliban had captured Kabul and all Indian consulates there are closed?
Precisely, those indian agent has no place in Afghanistan and they shifted all into Balouch which explain the increase in attack.

Chinese know we have B areas in baluchistan and govt. presence there is in name only and apparently has most of the sleeper cells.

But they are promised by Pakistan government of all protection and guarantee of safety before they decide to work there.

China is going to replace US in future as leading global economic power. That power will be reflected by their attitude which is perfectly fine.

Chinese have suffered casualties pretty recently. Their anger is very justified. Pakistani government is going to seriously jeopardize incoming FDI if they can't stop future attacks.

It is very evident that Pakistani establishment is helpless against the radical elements within. If you go too lenient then multiple lal masjid type incidents will occur, if they go too strict then a civil war cannot be ruled out.
Also Taliban in Afghanistan is not a good news for Pakistan even though many members here are very happy with the turn of events that happened in Afghanistan.

This is what Pakistanis don't understand. Since we have programmed to not value Pakistani lives we feel that other countries feel the same about their citizens.

If a Pakistani professional was asked to go to Afghaniatan right now, not sure many will make that journey. Your average Chinese engineer also has to make that choice when he is tasked on a project in Pakistan.

Any self respecting country will care about their citizens and Chinese are no different. It is us Pakistanis who don't care about our own people dying.

People might like it or not but Baloch people , especially the youth studying in universities and collages of Pakistan must be put under surveillance .. The dude that blew himself up was educated and was on twitter doing all sorts of propaganda... An undeclared system of racial profiling must be introduced against this particular ethnicity if peace is to be desired. We can't put the future of Pakistan at risk due to false and perceived victimhood of that one particular ethnicity..
