Most infact all of chinese arms have made its way as per a bbc report to Syria, via Turkey. Bought from Sudan by Qatar. For now as we know Pakistan has not been involved. Atleast no word of it yet.

Qatar and Saudi Arabia are the main suppliers of arms and funds to the Syrian rebels. I'm guessing the HJ-8 are obtained from Sudan or UAE. Make no mistake, the Sunni states wants to get rid of Shia government in Syria.
