How to stop being given warnings if you don't know what the content is wrong?

I don't know what the content for the warning was about. The warning was about offtopic/no-value. I see a lot that could be considered this without any warnings given.

The webmaster was last seen, Last seen Sep 22, 2023, so there is no chance of a message being seen.
