The Military Inc. is designed for self preservation. For public consumption and to build a narrative, they would say their survival is imperative for the survival of the state. That’s the propaganda they have been selling for the past 7 decades.

They have done a good job at that. After every ‘Mere azeez hum watano…’ moment and the misinformed youth / bloody civilians come on streets to distribute sweets. Your PR machine should be great to fool the public so many times.

You will hear arguments like, if Military Inc is not there, the Indians or West will eat Pakistan alive.

Or another narrative, is that Pakistan’s army is a torch bearer of Islam, so getting rid of Military Inc. means you are against Islam and then the can of worms around blasphemy naturally opens there.

Suffice to say, the public has seen through this haramipan of Military Inc. It’s high time they are taught that their rightful place is under the defense ministry and their banks, DHA, factories nationalised.

That drama they have been throwing for 75 years.
But fraud and lie exposes itself.

Army is still the most disciplined institution in pakistan. They run hospitals, schools, universities and lots of factories and industries in the country. Now due to consecutive failures of civilian governments, corrupt generals have gone way beyond into other areas like real estate, oil and energy.

These same generals weren't as corrupt 20 years ago as per Adil raja. So, you have to question as to why these PDM political parties didn't focus on nation building? Why Nawaz and Benazir both didn't make any positive reforms in the army when they had the chances?

Formed a 3 way power corridor full of complete and utter incompetence and corruption. Nepotism led to thieves, psychopaths and murderers taking control. Every election fixed. Sindh goes to PPP, Punjab goes to PMLN.

The population put on IV drip of radicalism and extremism to keep them distracted. Sindh don't even bother to educate their people, just left them in the dirt.

That's why IK was immediately challenged in the 90s when he tried to break this cabal.

Establishment is using all its dastardly power to keep their choke hold.
In between military actions in Baluchistan, disappearances, military actions in FATA, all without any oversight, but with a belligerent Imperialistic way, challenge to him is bigger than Himalayas.

With immense wealth and unlimited resources in a poor country they will glitter like gold reletively.
What consecutive failures? Who have ruled Pakistan with iron fist since time of ayub khan? After breaking up the country they throw the country towards what was left of the civilian leadership. Who Drafted new constitution, New foreign policy, Not the perfect govt but they consolodated a broken country in face of a victorious enemy and we had our current form of govt in 1973. And then you hang the civilian come again with shameless faces just 6 years after you fucked up the country and just 4 years after civ govt was formed.
You got blasted away by your own highlords. Again dont let civilians rule peacefully keep meddling your nose. After a lot of instability due to lack of political institution(Thanks to you) There is a strong civilian govt with 2/3 majority. And here comes ypur damn stinking nose again.
Finally getting the f out after 10 more years.

And here we are again. Not letting a single PM complete his term.
Whatever differences you have with Zardari, He ammended the constitution to remove the rights of head of the state to disband the govt whenever he wants.

So sir when exactly was Pakistan ruled by Civilians and ruled so badly that made Generals so powerfull?
Even before Ayub khan there was a coup attempt in time of PM liaqat ali khan which was quelled.
There is no defense left for Political meddling of civil servants. They should do there job and only remain efficient in there own field.
Not monopolizing business on expense of removing civilian competetion to become a business empire.
I wont say facts regarding anything to get a ban. But they are not a product of a vaccum. They eat our State like a parasite, they never allowed our democratic institutions to develope.
The only reason they are not backing away now is because there business and property empire will collapse. Nothing else.
