Sooner or later, Bhasha will be built, whether you like it or not. And you can't do any thing except cheap back stabbing tatics.

We have already delayed the construction of the dam.Originally it was announced in 2006,project was approved in 2008,and construction was supposed to start in 2011.Still nothing has started.Every day of delay causes project cost to escalate, and If we mange to delay long enough you will be forced to cancel it for good.So he is not making any senseless statement he is just stating the facts.
