India Seeks to Escape an Asian Future Led by China

Not sure why India hates China so much.

Would be much better if India joined hands with China to lead Asia.

India does not seem to care for Asian or regional solidarity.
India hates China because of envy and jealously. In the last 2 decades, the world saw China's economy grew larger, military got stronger, and influences spread farther. Mean while delusional Indians kept saying India superpower 2020.

Mathematics and politics are two different things. Politics is more like fuzzy logic.

There is no such thing as China centric Asian solidarity, there is a thing called China centric SCS issue and zero sum game menace.
Again, it's about economic dominance and leadership, would you read first and comment?

I don’t think China will lead Asia. China hardly has 5 nations support at UN.

China’s economy is slowing down and most of the corporates are shifting to other countries.

As I always say it is ok to be stupid but avoid running around and shouting I am stupid. Try to understand the Chinese economy and its global foot print before you post. Maybe you don’t have the mental capacity to do so or the truth is too painful.

Imperial Japan also said they wanted to leave Asia and join Europe 脱亚入欧.

Congratulations, India is as powerful as Imperial Japan with an equal future.

India Seeks to Escape an Asian Future
Excellent! Indians can bracket themselves with their beloved west, and seek a western future.

In China 90% of FDI investments are from 5 Asian countries/economies, 1st largest trade partner is ASEAN, over 50% energies sourced from west Asia, China grows hand in hand with fellow Asians. From Astana to Bali, from Hokkaido to Dubai, Asia is a continent of great civilizations that doesn't need a leader, everyone is a equal member.

The Indians don't actually offer much to the UK or other western states which can be obtained elsewhere without the ridiculous demands that nations adopt a liberal visa policy for their massive population, that the people (UK population) will not accept.

Here is a breakdown of exports.

Indian exports to the UK;

Chinese exports to the UK;

Much of this is political in order to 'counter' China.

India did that in 1951 by supporting them in the Korean war

We got 1962 in return

Some Chinese former allies have turned hostile to them, example Vietnam, USA, USSR etc

UK is not interested in importing anything of use from India, rather that it offers a market of 1.4 billion souls to UK. That's the primary focus since EU market won't give them any concessions.

No country will ever lead Asia given size and diversity of the continent

the cultural differences between West Asia and east Asia is just too vast.

A Saudi will never accept say Japanese leadership, they will only see them as a outsider trying to gain influence in its backyard

Only time few Asian nations looked up to Asia leadership was that of Japan during colonial era and that didn't go very well with Unit 731, Nanking and multiple other Japanese atrocities

The real reason India hates China.

Because India has two territorial disputes with China.

One over Kashmir (Aksai Chin) and over South Tibet.
