India supporting "Terrorists" in Afghanistan against Pakistan

And yet the soon to be Defense Minister of the US says that India "financed problems for Pakistan" from Afghanistan and that India are using Afghanistan as a "second front" against Pakistan and now you assert these statements to be true -- it will be interesting how the Pakistani establishment will use these statements in the coming months -- I doubt that they will make a big deal of it just yet but I would be very surprised if this issue does not become a significant issue.

As i said that this guy will revert back or change his statement.Although, india cant do support operation in pakistan without U.S so its U.S who must be blamed :D

Regarding to pak army using this statement,no body listen pakistan.

lets continue the conversation of the other thread - it's not fair to the the thread as it was opened first

All I can say is that Pakistanis are taking Chuck Hagel statement seriously.
@muse. As on 'how the Pakistani establishment will use these statements in the coming months',can you elaborate?

We are in AF not for doing bagra but to bleed pakistan to death but unfortunately our proxy are not doing their job even from support from PAK judiciary,Media and polititian we are not able to make any significant gain.

The recent Bomb Blast in Baluchistan is just sign of desperation to create chaos and show the world the atrocity commited by PA and baluch are against China taking over of Gwadar port.

After Nato Withdraw from AF it will be very difficult to maintain our presence and all our hard work will be lost .I think its not 1971 and PA is not 1000 miles away so the best think is to stop the support for BLF and TTP and pray that PA or ISI don't start random bombing and start new insurgency in kashmir or some other state.

Hyderabad bombing was in response of Quetta bombing and just to show that they can also hurt us.

Sir, how does acceptance of a dossier become acknowledgement of our involvement, if that is the case would it mean that Pakistan has acknowledged the ISI's involvement in the 26/11?

i think Pakistani side was willing to accept any responsibility if there was any; whereas indians were not

proof of that is the pre-cautionary arrest and detention of alleged suspects like HS and the raiding of JuD seminaries and institutions -- which was an extra-ordinary measure since the courts hadn't the evidence to warrant such actions (lets not delve there though because it's a recipe for more side-debates)

you can't really juxtapose 26/11 (a one-off terrorist incident which we all condemned in strongest terms) versus non-sporadic covert actions in Pakistani Balochistan via a third-country

Chuck Hagel is a idiot. Recently TTP said they would take action on India if Hindu terror camps are not shut down.

Boom. 17 killed in Hyderabad.

Indian Friends need to review this information and must ask Indian government to offer some straight forward answers -- not just for the cause of peace but to offer correction from a path that can bring great harm to India and her interests -- additionally, this information will cause even greater problems for Mr. Hagel and the Obama adinistration:

'India financed problems for Pakistan' from Afghanistan: Chuck Hagel

February 26, 2013

While some in Pakistan have for long been crying hoarse over growing Indian subversive activities in Pakistan through Afghanistan, the latest confirmation of this came from US defence secretary nominee Senator Chuck Hagel who in a previously unreleased video suggested that India has over the years “financed problems for Pakistan on that side of the border.”

Hagel in a talk on Afghanistan at the Cameron University in Oklahoma in 2011 said that India has been using Afghanistan as a second front against Pakistan. “India has over the years financed problems for Pakistan on that side of the border, and you can carry that into many dimensions.”

The 2011 video had not been released previously, and only came to light after it was uploaded on to video sharing website by Washington Free Beacon.

Hagel was nominated by President Barack Obama in January to replace US defence secretary Leon Panetta. He is due to hear a verdict on on his confirmation by the US Senate on Tuesday.

Meanwhile, the Indian Embassy in Washington has decried Hagel’s statement. An Indian embassy spokesperson told the Washington Free Beacon that Hagel’s statement was not grounded in “reality”.

“Such comments attributed to Senator Hagel, who has been a long-standing friend of India and a prominent votary of close India-US relations, are contrary to the reality of India’s unbounded dedication to the welfare of the Afghan people,” the spokesperson said.

“India’s commitment to a peaceful, stable and prosperous Afghanistan is unwavering, and this is reflected in our significant assistance to Afghanistan in developing its economy, infrastructure and institutional capacities.”

The spokesperson, seeking to dispel the notion that India may have sponsored terrorism, added that “India’s development assistance has been deeply appreciated by the people and the Government of Afghanistan, and by our friends around the world, including the United States,” and that “We [India] do not view our engagement with Afghanistan as a zero sum game.”

“India and the United States have a shared perspective and a deep convergence of interests for ensuring peace and stability in Afghanistan,” the spokesperson added. “We will continue to work to help the Afghan people build a peaceful, prosperous, democratic and inclusive future for themselves in an environment free from terror and intimidation.”

”Our opposition to terrorism and its safe havens in our neighborhood is firm and unshakeable,” the statement added.

I am not sure if this will impact anything on the ground....because on ground level Pakistan and its agencies operate with their assumption that India is sponsoring terrorism activity in Pakistan....On the same vein India assumes that Pakistan is sponsoring terrorist activity starting with Khalistan movement till the point Kahsmir movement as of today....So ground level nothing will change as every one has their own stated assumptions..The only change will be that there will be some flashy news and discussion will happen in media only...

Not true.

I would rather listen to someone educated, like your home minister who said there were Hindu terror camps in India, then you, who got his education in happa chappa 4th year Indian classroom.

But your country is known and secured first place in this field from decades

Lol! To please who!?
The only reason the minister said sorry was because he didn't want to be tortured.

That was the LET via their proxy the IM. TTP were more keen on shariah law in kashmir.

I like selective wording of Pakistani people, this thread is itself a prime example.

USA doing drone attacks on Pakistani soil on Pakistani terrorist on almost daily basis but still India.

You people like to live in your own world no matter what world think about you.
