He was clearly not shot in an OPERATION. He was trapped under rubble, he was shouting out for help, he was identified as a "daari wala" and shot!

Whoever they think he was - ROE dictates he should have been helped or tried to be helped out - clearly Rules of Barbarity dictated the IA which pulled out an automatic weapon and shot a man calling out for help multiple times!

I think this is a search operation after the encounter with militants.

Army use to fire rockets to the building and destroy it from where they were taking fire from the militants.

The search operation in the rubble is risky as one soldier died from the fire in the same situation.

Point number 1: This seems to be a counter terror operation in which the house was blown up since a terrorist was hiding.

IA was receiving firing from the same guy for quite some time after which they decided to blow up the building.

Everybody cries out for help when they face death. Just think that the Army have causality during the same operation.

Who has given IA the right to kill anyone? Rules of Engagement only allows Armies to kill in self defence or when someone is resisting arrest. Killing someone who is this badly trapped is unimaginable and unheard of. It is total ghatiya pan.

You obviously know almost nothing about such operations. Many terrorists have blown themselves up even when grievously injured. The standard operating procedure if the man refused to surrender when challenged, is to blow up the house neutralising him. No one is about to check whether he is wearing a suicide vest, you sign a death warrant if you opt to fight the IA.
