I assume you are referring to interview at issb -
There are 3 different aspects of testing process at ISSB i.e Deputy President, GTO and Psychologist. The testing system at ISSB is not marks / %age based, but personality and merit based. So it cannot be expressed purely in mathematical terms - stating the effect of one of the 3 aspects as 1/3rd. However, for a very generic / broader understanding, one may express it that way for a layman to understand.
