i am sure there is no way for hacking an smart bomb but about the cruise missiles that rely on GPS i think we can considering rq170 affair. also i can remember MOD unveiled a GPS jammer years ago

I'm sure You can do something about them after all those bombs can be disabled before hitting targets.
Also there is glide bombs that also use GPS or get controlled by the aircraft.
