Also I know so many people who moved out from Karachi over the past decade due to coercion and fear of violence. Two of my first cousins alone have permanently moved back to Punjab.

Pakistan Army did not oversee the entirety of the census. Some places, the police accompanied those carrying out the census, not the Army. Anyway, Army hasn't won a war in its history

We need another census but unlike last we need somebody more impartial then Pakistan Army to carry out oversight of the census. I suggest Indian army is invited to carry out the survey.

Karachi's population is continuing to grow with out any proper planning, I don't understand how the census missed millions of people, I think there is a PPP hand in this, I don't trust PPP they think they own all of Sindh like its their father's property.

PPP has a hand in it TOO. They decidedly ensured that population on outskirts of Karachi is counted as Rural population and not Urban. That did quite a bit of work but that is not all. What the federal Government did was to NOT count all the outsiders who come and live in Karachi, utilize all the resources of our city but are still not Karachiitte which is understandable. But since there is such a large population of these outsiders, they should be counted here so that Karachi gets water, funds, development, law and order etc., and National and Provincial assembly seats accordingly.

Brother how do you or anyone else knows that outsiders have not been counted in karachi since the data on migration and ethnicity has not even been released yet.The final data is supposed to be released in march or april.It has been decided to carry out post enumeration survey on 5% random census blocks by third party to remove concerns of some political parties.
