Brother, I fail to understand how entire sindhs population could have been lowered by design.According to the prelimanary results the growth rate in sindh was 2.41% per year where as in punjab its 2.13%.After delimetation punjab is going to lose 9 seats(7 general and 2 women reserved) to kpk ,balochistan and islamabad.

Once illegals like afghans and double entries in census are removed in the final count than i expect the population to reduce from 207 million.There is confusion in fata and kpk regarding where the internally displaced people got counted,might have got counted twice.

PTI isn't stamp of approval. They all believed in lies told by Indian propaganda machine . But eventually one have to accept reality. Kamal who claimed 15 million were missing, have moved down his made up figure to 7 million.

It was sattar who made the claim of 15 million but still the arguments the same.Someone correctly said in sindh there has always been dispute between the enumerator and the enumerated.

MQM demanded that census counting papers should have carbon copies/counter-receipts which were to be submitted to the families being counted in the census. This was to ensure correct count as these could easily be verified in the official census figures. However, no such paperwork was provided. Furthermore, census was undertaken using pencils rather than pens which can be easily edited. On top of it all, the military was undertaking a parallel census, stats of this were never released or reconciled with official census. These are reasons which fuel suspicion on top of the fact that Karachiites are witness to inward migration and population boom in the city over the past 20 years.

Unfortunately, people who have no links to Karachi, have never been to Karachi and have no idea or first hand knowledge about Karachi consider themselves to be experts on Karachi. This is not irony, this is pure racism because in their minds they relate Karachi to Urdu speaking migrants and thus they are unable to think rationally or neutrally; they are either highly prejudiced, politically motivated, ethnically biased, anti-MQM (which they equate to all of Karachi) or just sheep following others.

He is speaking over all about Karachi, including outerskirts which the Sindh administration has delimited to be outside of Karachi and thus counted in rural population as opposed to urban population. If you consider Kamal's 7 million and the delimited 5-6 million, it comes to almost what Sattar claims.

Regardless, impartial and independent audit of 5% of census blocks will uncover the truth. It will either burst the bubble of Karachiites or that of the anti-Karachiites!!

Army did not accompany Census team everywhere. We had police officers come to our house in Gulshan with the Census team, not army.

How come in punjab no ones crying about census results despite the fact that out of all the federating units its punjab whose population has grown at slower rate of 2.13%.What if someone was to say the lower growth is because of undercount.

Matter of fact, the forces that be in Punjab would be rather pleased with the outcome......afterall, they are the ones who engineered it; I mean if fair census is held and results made public than Sindh would get an even larger chunk because of mass migration to Karachi from all over Pakistan, including Punjab which would mean even less seats for Punjab.

ISLAMABAD:The number of registered voters in the country has reached 104,267,581 with 58.463,228 male and 45,804,353 female voters.

According to statistics of preliminary electoral rolls-2018 shared by the Election Commission of Pakistan on Thursday, out of total registered voters 59,740,095 were from Punjab, 22,066,558 voters were from Sindh, 15,239,571 voters from Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, 4,194,311 voters from Balochistan, 2,296,849 voters from FATA and 730,197 voters from federal capital.

It said that in Punjab, the male voters were 33,294,012 while female voters were 26,446,083. In Sindh the male voters were 12,275,322 while female voters were 9,791,236.

Similarly, in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa the male voters were 8,690,376 while the female voters were 6,549,195. In Balochistan the male voters were 2,428,370 while the female voters were 1,765,941.

In FATA the male voters were 1,386,032 while the female voters were 910,817. In federal capital the male voters were
