for years the SF city management refused to clean their own cities even when they extract massive $$$ in taxes..
suddenly they clean it due to very important guest coming (aka american creditor)..
american ppl in SF should ask why they pay so much $$$ in tax when their city council refuse to clean their own cities..
america is lost , too lazy too ignorant and too arrogant.,. they should stop involving themselves in other nation's issues and start looking inward
