i want to apply in ssc air defense course i want to know that my BMI is low it is 16.3 i just wanna ask will they reject me in initial medical?

The flexibility in terms of BMI is discretionary (recruitment center/ doctor at initial medical) depending are given flexibility. In that, candidate may be allowed some time to reduce weight and come again or even may be directed to reduce weight till final medical.

You are underweight.
But that is not a huge problem.
You will be given chance to increase weight.
