Well well!!

It sure is interesting and funny but i am quite sure it is not authentic. The wordings used here do not make it sound like a serious notice (they way it should have been) rather a prank. The recently refurbished toilet floors are not to handle your semen, Its your money, Go home and masturbate if you are bored etc. Surely a prank and not an official university notification.

its a fake.i have seen a similar notice with exact same wording but with the logo of some Norwegian university on 9GAG

A real Univ admin would say something like...." it has come to our attention bla bla bla....cleaning staff bla bla....strict action bla bla...fine....students will be expelled....."
