We have long heard about birth complications when triplets or more are born , especially in our part of the world.
There was this heart breaking case when two conjoined Iranian sisters , both in their 20's ( not sure ) died after an unsuccessful attempt to surgically separate them . Their names --I'll never forget were Ladan and Laleh ( named after flowers in Persian) .

Another sad case was when five kids were born to a mother in Indonesia , however they were all conjoined and eventually died , The then Indonesian Prime Minister Meghawati Sukharnoputri expressed her grief.
Hence it comes as a great delight when such medical news is received ---
This event happened at a Peshawar hospital , in North Western Pakistan .
The kids were born to Ibrahim Khan and his wife.
