New Mineral Reserves found in Punjab worth hundred of Billions

9/2/15: A combined effort between the Chinese, Swiss and Canadian oil and mineral exploration organizations turned fruitful a couple of weeks ago when international laboratories confirmed the existence of thousands of metric tons of high end Iron and Copper reserves in Rajwa, Punjab (around the city of Chineot). The effort was directed by Pakistan's famous scientist, Dr. Samar Mubarak. The CM of Punjab had appointed him as the head of the mineral exploration program throughout Punjab back in 2014.

It should be noted that the CM of Punjab had exclusively directed all parties involved to go above and beyond and produce results. Based on which, 24/7 operations were setup (3 shifts) and results were produced in record Nine months.

The estimated cost of these reserves is said to be in hundreds of billion of US Dollars. When the extraction starts, the revenue produced from this project and underground minerals will help strengthen Pakistan's weak economy and will create thousands of extra jobs, specialized education and skill sets focused on Geology, such as the program already created by LUMS.

It is estimated that the timely extraction of these reserves, along with the Chinese Economic Corridor can turn Pakistan into a much faster growing country in the next 5 years. Courtesy: PBS, the Market, Commodity and Mineral trading organizations and the BBC radio.

yes Thar coal reserved are estimated in value equal to KSA and Iran combined oil
in balochistan there are billions of worth gold reserve

Most Pakistanis easily cherish the role of the military dictators over the so-called democratically elected crooks. Yes, we don't approve military dictatorship, but I know who to pick when comparing Musharraf vs any democratic government.

You have come at the wrong place if you're trying to convince Pakistanis that democratically elected governments of Pakistan are "progressive minded". They are not. They are anything and everything except progressive.

What is wrong with you people? The same government who involved THREE companies so there is strict oversight on who's doing what, so no one bullshiit anywhere, will now sell this stuff in their personal cars to Saudi?

You really need to start trusting people elected by people and giving credit to who actually works. Had the current gov't not taken these focused initiatives, this stuff would remain hidden in dirt like minerals in Baluchistan Sindh , your side of Kashmir, and in KPK....it's the government who pushed hard, involved internal and external partners with audit and oversight, and did this over 9 months.
