New video shows meeting between Faisal Shahzad, Mehsud

WASHINGTON: Shortly after he was arrested, Faisal Shahzad, the would-be Times Square bomber, told investigators he had met with the leader of the Pakistani Taliban, Hakimullah Mehsud.

At the time, at least some U.S. analysts expressed skepticism. Surely, Mehsud would not have risked meeting face-to-face with an unproved American recruit, analysts said, Shahzad was just boasting.

A global security and terrorism consultancy, has released a previously unpublished video excerpt of a meeting between Shahzad and Mehsud. In the video, the two are shown shaking hands and hugging.

Last month, Shahzad pleaded guilty to 10 terrorism and weapons counts. He is scheduled to be sentenced Oct. 5. He faces life in prison.

This Faisal guy is just an odd idiot, what would he have achieved by killing innocent people and that too in a country where he earned his bread and butter. He showed no remorse or humility when he came to court.

People with weak minds are susceptable to brainwashing techniques used by the terrorists and Faisal is such a case. He will suffer for his actions and he has caused us much harm and embarrasment.

Nice manner of putting your hidden agenda against Pakistan in this cunning post of yours, but such is expected. First of all, those sunni terrorist from Pakistan are actually a Baloch separatist group (armed by a nuisance of country in this region) consisting mostly of Iranians.

The terrorists who bombed London were British, The ones caught in Uganda were only suspects and have not been heard of since, much like the guy from Chile who was set up. Afghani's themself attack Afghanistan and as for the groups being called terrorists who have attacked India. Your own government has not called Maoists terrorists even after all that they have done.
