Grameen moblie made a revolution in communication In Bangladesh in the late 90's.. Hence it's high ranking in mobile usage

As for Sri Lanka, From what i've learnt were the pioneers of moblie callular communication technology in South Asia.. From first mobile networks to first to cover the country with internet,3G and now 4G LTE

Shit look at Vietnam.. Nearly twice as many phones per person!!!

Having massive population does not make it easier, Having said that what China has achieved in all spheres of development is nothing short of a miracle
